Who It’s For
For adults, youth or children who are struggling with an eating or food-related issue, and want to work one-on-one with our compassionate and highly-trained psychotherapists or dietitians (or both).
Our areas of expertise include:
- Eating disorders
- ARFID or very picky eating
- Nutrition for adolescents, teens, and children
- Body image or intuitive eating
- Metabolic or hormonal issues
- Mental health relating to food or eating
Together, we’ll explore all aspects of both physical and mental health, including food, stress management, sleep, movement, and boundary setting to help you learn to feed your body optimally, and without guilt.
How It Works
Working one-on-one, we’ll establish a treatment plan, nutritional goals and customized meal plans just for you. Together, we’ll explore all aspects of both physical and mental health, including food, stress management, sleep, movement, and boundary setting to help you learn to feed your body optimally, and without guilt.
Our therapists work to address the underlying and surrounding difficulties that are driving and maintaining the eating disorder. Our approach focuses on normalizing eating, identifying and eliminating disordered eating patterns, and creating a wholesome and balanced relationship to food.
